Our control room is a large, 20'x24' space designed to accurately reproduce your music without distorting wall reflections, noise or sound drifting from other rooms. At the center of our studio is a wide selection of professional equipment like a Dual Xeon PC running Sonor 3.1 Producers Edition, a Roland VS2480DVD, Event TR-8 Tuned Reference Monitors, a Korg Triton Studio 88, Korge Karma Workstation, Emu Proteus 2500 plus a variety of mic pres, outboard effects, individual headphone amps and more. Guitar Room Summerhill's specially designed guitar room is a string player's paradise, complete with sound dampening swing-out wall partitions and an entire wall dripping with guitars. Create your own wall of sound with one of our Telecasters, Strats, Les Pauls or black koa Larivee. These classics are all tuned up and ready to wail through our collection of Fender, Marshall and Vox amps. Summerhill Studio also has a great collection of bass guitars and a vast array of stomp boxes, pedals, effects and the latest amp simulation products from Line 6. |

Vocal Booth Summerhill Studio is one of the only commercial studio's in this area that features a professionally-designed sound proof vocal booth. This cozy little room features 12-inch walls with 6 layers of sheetrock, special sound absorbing panels from ceiling to floor, triple paned and vacum sealed glass and takes advantage of Summerhill Studio's specially designed HVAC system that keeps the room cool (or warm in the winter) without even a whisper from the ac vents. Tracking vocals is the most critical aspect of recording, and our one of a kind vocal booth makes it a breeze! |
